  • Shuttle pick-up and drop-off on the wedding day will be located directly in front of the Mansion Lobby at Silverado Resort. Shuttles will depart promptly at 3:30 PM, with return trips running later on in the evening continuously until 10:00 PM.

    As private vehicles and ride-sharing services will not have access through the venue gates, transportation via the provided shuttles will be required for all guests. We appreciate your help in arriving on time.

  • Welcome Party: Cocktail Attire

    Wedding: Just Shy of Black Tie

    • For Gentlemen: We kindly request a suit and tie to match the formal atmosphere of our venue.

    • For Ladies: We invite you to wear a formal evening dress. Floor-length gowns are encouraged.

    Farewell Brunch: Casual — come as you are!

  • There is a 24/7 complimentary shuttle service provided by Silverado. To request a ride, please contact Silverado’s bell team by calling 707.257.0200 or dialing 0 from your hotel room phone. You may also visit the front desk to request transportation back to your room.

    Please note that the two- and three-bedroom suites are the only accommodations not within walking distance of the Mansion Lobby.

  • Shuttles will be provided to and from Silverado Resort for transportation to the wedding venue.

    Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are generally available in Napa; however, availability can vary, so we recommend planning ahead if you need a ride at a specific time.

  • As a friendly tip, we recommend opting for block heels or flats, as the venue has gravel pathways.

  • July in Napa is typically warm, with daytime temperatures in the mid-80s and cooler evenings in the low 60s. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for after sunset.

    The welcome party, ceremony, and reception will be held outdoors, while Sunday’s brunch will be indoor/outdoor.

  • Yes, Silverado Resort offers complimentary parking for visitors.

  • All of our events will be adult only.
